How Journaling Can Help with Pregnancy Loss Grief
Nov 30, 2022Expressing your feelings after a loss can be hard. You most likely have a million different thoughts that go through your mind every day - wondering and worrying about the "what-ifs?".
Journaling is a nice place to start. Journaling allows you to explore your own feelings through the safety of a blank page or guided page. They are your thoughts, your words.
Getting thoughts out and onto paper is often an extremely powerful, yet simple way, to share what it is your feeling.
We have created a journal exercise for you to begin to work through and put on paper some of your thoughts.
The exercise may be extremely emotional or extremely liberating. You may revisit it in a week's time and what was once emotional is now liberating, and perhaps vice versa.
Additionally, should you decide to discuss your feelings with someone you trust, this journal can serve as a prompt to begin that conversation.
