Meet Bailey Quirion, Matriiva Co-Founder

Our co-founder, Bailey Quirion, recently sat down with the team at Subkit to talk about her experience building Matriiva and what lead her to create the company.

Being a trained women's & infant nurse with a specialty in pregnancy loss and bereavement, Bailey has seen firsthand the ways in which our healthcare system is not fully able to support reproductive health from all perspectives (mental, physical, and emotional) and the challenges that ultimately come with reproductive health, one of those being pregnancy loss.

Bailey started Matriiva because she wanted to ensure that all individuals and couples had equal and adequate access to pregnancy loss support - empowering those who have had a miscarriage, a stillbirth, or are going through a pregnancy after previously experiencing a loss.

The world that we live in today has so graciously allowed support to come in many forms. No longer are we only tied to in-person support but support can be accessed anywhere, at any time. By providing an on-demand digital solution for both courses to learn and 1:1 counseling, we are on a mission to ensure we can reach as many people as possible.

At Matriiva, we are dedicated to empowering, educating & supporting women and couples as they navigate life after a pregnancy loss and pregnancy after a loss.
